Get to know Piešťany and Spa Island
During the guided tour of Piešťany 2022, which is free for all participants, you will also visit the Spa Island. The program is suitable for individual visitors as well as for organized groups of pupils, students or pensioners, up to a maximum of 45 people.
It includes a tour of the most important historical and architectural movements with an presentatoin as well as a professional local guide, a tasting of thermal water and real spa wafers at the Napoleonic baths or various advice and tips from locals.You will learn, for example, what to do after the tour, where you can go or what else you should see.
The tour begins with a meeting at the Fountain Príbeh prameňov in the city center and continues through the City Park, Grand Hotel Rónai / Slovan / Kursalon, Pension Zelený strom, Hotel Nárožny, Colonnade Bridge, Crutch breaker statue, Statue of Ľudovít Winter Palace, Spa house Napoleon I.-III., Spa park, Spa house Pro Patria, thermal lakes, Swimming pool Eva and aviaries with peacocks.
