Zrúcanina hradu Tematín je viditeľná aj z Piešťan. Týči sa na hrebeni Považského Inovca. Táto časť pohoria má názov Tematínske kopce, ktoré sú aj po botanickej stránke veľmi zaujímavé. Objekt vznikol v 2. polovici 13. storočia ako jeden zo strážnych hradov nad cestou vedúcou údolím Váhu. Hradnému areálu dominuje ranogotická hranolová veža a hradný palác. Vzdialenosť od Piešťan je približne 25 km. Na zrúcaninu sú dva možné prístupy – jeden z obce Lúka nad Váhom po značenej turistickej trase v trvaní cca 2,5 – 3 h, ktorý má miestami prudšie stúpanie, druhý vedie cez horské stredisko Bezovec, tiež po značenej trase, v trvaní cca 2 – 2,5 h.
